The project funded is for “Angels Among Us” – an outreach program that starts as soon as a need is identified.
Our team visits new birth and/or adoptive parents at the hospital, in the home, or (during the pandemic) online to celebrate their newest family member(s) with Down syndrome. We supply gifts, resources and support for the new family to help them navigate becoming a new Proud Parent of a child with Down syndrome.
