CDT Kids, a non-profit dedicated to empowering children with special needs through education, therapy, and recreation, is excited to announce a generous $50,000 donation from The Thunderbirds Charities to support its pool depth conversion project.
This funding will help modify the pool to a maximum depth of four feet, making it fully accessible for aquatic therapy and recreational swimming. The Thunderbirds Charities, known for their commitment to inclusivity in Arizona, have made it possible for CDT Kids to enhance safety and expand therapy services for children of all abilities.
“We are incredibly grateful to The Thunderbirds Charities for their support,” said Mat Curtner, President of CDT Kids. “This donation allows us to create an inclusive aquatic space where every child can experience the joy and benefits of swimming.”
